About TrendSpry
TrendSpry exists to answer one question as honestly as possible: what's actually gaining momentum right now, and how fast? Trend content online is often either a lagging news recap of something that already peaked, or a confident-sounding "AI prediction" with no visible math behind it. We built TrendSpry to sit in between — real, disclosed measurement, presented plainly, updated as more data sources come online.
What we track
TrendSpry follows topics across ten categories — products and gadgets, technology and AI, fashion and beauty, food and drink, travel, entertainment and culture, health and fitness, finance and crypto, jobs and careers, and social and internet culture. Each topic gets a Trend Signal score and a direction (rising, falling, flat, or new), computed from real measurements rather than guesswork. The full formula is on our How It Works page — nothing about it is hidden.
Where we are today
TrendSpry launched with a curated starting dataset so the product is useful on day one, and we're connecting live data sources — starting with YouTube's official Data API — on an ongoing basis. Every topic page discloses exactly which source its current numbers come from, so you always know whether you're looking at launch data or live tracking.
What we're not
We're not a trading, investment, or financial advisory service, and nothing on TrendSpry should be treated as financial advice — see our Disclaimer. We're also not scraping or reselling any platform's private data; every signal we use comes from a source that's either public or offered through an official, permitted API.
